We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device being used.
4. Product Availability
Many Rustic Nudge Studios products are one-of-a-kind or produced in limited quantities.
Adding a product to your shopping cart does not reserve it. A product is reserved only after checkout has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order when:
An item is unavailable.
Inventory information is incorrect.
A product was listed with an obvious pricing or description error.
We suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
We are unable to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are not accepted until payment has been authorized and the customer receives an order confirmation.
6. Orders and Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an electronic confirmation. The confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee that every item can be fulfilled.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address supplied during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Our current shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are displayed during checkout.
Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Estimated arrival dates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of:
Weather
Carrier disruptions
Holiday volume
Incorrect addresses
Customs processing
Events outside our reasonable control
Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the time promised, or within 30 days when no shipment time is stated. If a qualifying delay occurs, the seller may need to obtain the customer’s consent to the revised shipment date or provide an opportunity to cancel.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information may be provided when available.
8. Incorrect Addresses and Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the package is sent again.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Rustic Nudge Studios.
Rustic Nudge Studios is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Please contact us at angelafoy@comcast.net if an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost.
For damaged orders, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
The order number
A description of the damage
Photographs of the item
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label
Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the matter has been resolved.
For packages marked as delivered but not received, customers should first:
Confirm the shipping address.
Check nearby delivery locations.
Ask household members or neighbors.
Contact the carrier.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist with an eligible carrier claim, but replacement or reimbursement may depend on the carrier’s investigation and available shipping insurance.
10. Returns and Exchanges
Our current Return and Exchange Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, eligible items may be returned within 10 days after confirmed delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled by Rustic Nudge Studios.

11. Nonreturnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the listing:

12. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged, or defective because of an error by Rustic Nudge Studios.
Rustic Nudge Studios may deduct the value of damage caused by improper handling, use, missing components, or inadequate return packaging where permitted by law.
13. Exchanges
Because many items are one-of-a-kind, an identical replacement may not be available.
When an exchange is approved, Rustic Nudge Studios may offer:
A replacement product
A different product of equal value
Store credit
A refund
Any price difference and additional shipping charges will be communicated before the exchange is completed.
14. Jewelry Care and Customer Responsibility
Jewelry and handmade accessories should be handled with reasonable care.
Unless a product is specifically described as waterproof, customers should avoid prolonged exposure to:

Perfume
Lotion
Household chemicals
Chlorine
Salt water
Excessive heat
Excessive moisture
Natural stones, crystals, resin, glass, wood, and handmade components can chip, scratch, discolor, or break if dropped, bent, crushed, or improperly stored.
Rustic Nudge Studios is not responsible for damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear.

Some products may contain small parts, sharp points, chains, cords, stones, beads, metals, or decorative components.
Products are not toys and should be kept away from infants, young children, and pets.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, prices, photographs, and material information.
Measurements are approximate unless specifically stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, inaccurate descriptions, omissions, or inventory errors. When an error affects an order already placed, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item.

Cannot be redeemed for cash.
